Status
(Aug 2016) The Scytinostroma sp. KUC9335 genome was sequenced using PacBio RS RnD 1 x 240 bp 7.829 kb. Each fastq file was QC filtered for artifact/process contamination and subsequently assembled together with Falcon version 0.2.2 to produce a main assembly with 597 scaffolds.
The JGI annotation pipeline
identified some gene models as possible diploid
alleles, and excluded them from the filtered model/gene catalog
set. These models are shown in the track "secondary_alleles", and
are available from the download page.
