Status
[April 2018] The nuclear genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with Falcon, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. The transcriptome was sequenced with Illumina and assembled with Trinity. The mitochondrial genome was sequenced with PacBio and assembled with Falcon.
