Status

[February 2024] The Phycomyces blakesleeanus NRRL1555 v4.1 genome was sequenced with PacBio, assembled with HiFiAsm, and annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. For annotation, a merged transcriptome comprised of IsoSeq reads and Trinity-assembled transcripts (from wild type NRRL1555 and the L51 mutant) was used. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.
