Status
The genome of Dioszegia hungarica PDD-24b-2 was sequenced with PacBio (median subreads 3,584 bp; 474 621 subreads) and assembled with Flye v2.8.2. Assembly was corrected with Illumina MiSeq reads (19,803,936 paired-end reads) using BOWTIE2 v2.4.1 and Pilon v1.23. The genome was annotated with the JGI Annotation Pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.
