Status
[February 2021] The genome of Candida membranifaciens IST 626 was sequenced by Novogene Bioinformatics Technology Co. Ltd. (Hong Kong) and assembled by Margarida Palma at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, Portugal. The JGI Fungal Annotation pipeline was used to predict genes and provide functional annotation. The mitochondrial genome is available in the downloads section.
